Through international scientific and technological cooperation, the project introduced the manufacturing technology of CNC laser cutting machine of LVD Company of Belgium, and successfully developed the series of CNC laser cutting machines such as ORION-3015-4000W and SIRIUS 2-4kW through digestion and absorption, and the main technical parameters and performance indicators. Meet the design requirements and have a good market competitive advantage. The project completed a total investment of 20.25 million yuan, R&D investment of 3.0524 million yuan, and industrial investment of 17.20 million yuan.
Hubei Sanhuan Forging Equipment Co., Ltd. has established a profound friendship through the nearly 20 years of technology introduction and personnel cooperation with LVD of Belgium. The cooperation of this project has successfully developed a high-power high-grade CNC laser cutting machine, which has reached the domestic leading level, and has met the market demand while expanding the variety of laser cutting machine products in Huangshi area, and trained a CNC laser cutting machine technology development and innovation talents. The team promoted the construction of professional scientific and technological talents, and through the industrialization investment, established the R&D and manufacturing base of CNC laser cutting machine, which played a good demonstration and guiding role for the serialization of laser cutting machine products in Huangshi City.
